Please consider the designs and measurements carefully prior to purchasing, especially for T-shirts. For any special concerns, kindly contact us to discuss options. Your satisfaction is important to us. We are more than happy to accept returns on any non-customized product. But unfortunately, all of the products on our website which are custom-made, are non-refundable nor qualify for an exchange. We can only accept returns for manufacturer defects for customized merchandise. If an item is defective, we will reproduce and reship the item at no cost or issue a refund.

We can ship anywhere UPS, FEDEX and USPS delivers. If outside of the US, purchaser is responsible for all customs, taxes, duties and charges incurred from currency including currency exchange rates.
